When Dutch TV chef Esther Sarphatie came to Greece, she got hooked on the good life. “Everybody was very kind and very warm, there were all these long sessions of food, endless eating, I couldn’t go back then, and I don’t want to leave now, even if everything is so difficult at the moment.
