Kallipateira Christmas Bazaar
WHAT: A Christmas bazaar that supports women athletes. Kallipateira, an NGO that has been supporting sportswomen with scholarships, will be hosting its annual Christmas bazaar with designer wear going at rock bottom prices. All proceeds go to supporting the NGO’s activities.

Friends Of Merimna Christmas Bazaar
WHAT: A Bazaar that supports families of terminally-ill children and parents in mourning, the Merimna Bazaar stocks everything from new and gently used clothing and books for all ages, toys, homeware, Christmas delicacies and handcrafted festive gift ideas for three days.

Greek Crafts & Arts Workshop Bazaar at the Ilias Lalaounis museum
A great pretext to take in this remarkable gem of a museum and watch ancient gold-smithing techniques at work while browsing for gifts created by talented Greek designers, up-and-coming creators as well as established jewellers. The Bazaar will also include Greek cosmetics, organic food and sweets, decorative houseware, accessories, stationery, and much more.

Friends of the Children Bazaar
WHAT: A great excuse to indulge in Christmas goodies and flavours and crafts from all over the world. With several embassies participating, this is a good way to get into the Christmas spirit while listening to ethnic music, participating in folk dances, and just generally taking in the colour and pomp of a global village. Now in its 18th edition, it is a great place to stock up on Christmas treats (stock up on Panettone at the Italian stand), home deco items (the Indian, Indonesian and Madagascar stands have fabrics, cushion covers and little bric-a-bracs), jewellery (the South African stand) – all while supporting children in need!

AWOG Christmas Bazaar
WHAT: As for the past 69years, the American Women’s Organization of Greece (AWOG) will stage its annual gala of festive goodies and amazing prize booty! Enter the Grand Lottery for just a 1 Euro donation and you could be jetting off somewhere, seated at a five-star hotel for High Tea, or heading off on a Weekend someplace exotic. On sale too will be handmade ornaments, wreaths, tablecloths and other decorative Christmas items. Santa and his elves will also be on duty, while a Sweet Corner and baked goods tables will tempt with a variety of delicacies ranging from American-style apple pies and Greek holiday favorites, brownies, cupcakes, and cookies. The Anglican Bazaar
WHAT: Treat yourself to some affordable festive cheer at the Anglican Church’s annual Christmas bazaar, the city’s oldest Christmas market dating back to 1953. Enjoy British tastes and traditions such as marmalade, mince pies, preserves and chutneys. Visitors will be able to purchase gifts at affordable prices, as well as Christmas crackers and decorations, jewelry, homemade cakes, books, toys, quality used clothing and much more. Entrance is free. Father Christmas has gifts for the little ones and you can try your luck on the Tombola stall or in the Grand Raffle – prizes include an island weekend, a spa session, electrical goods, gift vouchers, Christmas hampers and much more. French Marché de Noël
WHAT: The French Community celebrates its annual Christmas bazaar with 60 exhibitors. Great for tucking into French delicacies and stocking up on cheese and wine. And while the adults get into the serious business of gift-shopping, children have a whole range of fun activities to look forwrad to – from face paintings, to creative workshops, meeting Santa and storytelling. All proceeds from sales go to a charity supporting children in need.
