Buckle up for high-speed thrills as one of the greatest aviation spectacles in Europe returns to Athenian skies this month with the Tanagra International Air Show 2017.
During the adrenalin-charged weekend event – to be staged at Tanagra the weekend of September 16-17 – avid plane spotters will be able to get up close to their favourite jets as they take off and land. You can also admire all the aircraft in the largest static display in recent years; be photographed next to them together with their pilots; and enjoy exhilarating aerobatic jaunts from world-champions, not to mention fighter jet display pilots engaging in thrilling mid-air air choreographies.
Goggle at the mind-blowing stunts of the legendary Red Arrows with the BAE Systems Hawk T1 and C-130 Hercules; the daring deeds of the Italian stuntman known as “The Silver Chicken”; and the stupendous manoeuvres of British Wing Walker Danielle Hughes.
